Habe ein Problem mit meinem Alienware 17 R4 das meine Beleuchtung nicht mehr geht. hab auch AW-Comander-Center neu installiert und bekam eine neue Fehlermeldung: "Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt". davor gab es eine andere Fehlermeldung das alienfx nicht erkannt wird. ich hoffe ihr könnt mich helfen.

erstmal vorab, reden wir von einem AW17 R4, wie im Thread geschrieben, oder von einem M17x R4, wie es in deinem Profil steht?
Wenn es ein M17x R4 ist, ist das Windows 10 eine clean Installation gewesen oder die Upgradeinstallation von Windows 7/8?
Hast du vor das Neuinstallation vom Command Center das alte deinstalliert oder hast du einfach einfach neu installiert?

Oh habs umgeändert, es ist der AW17 R4, bevor ich das AW-Comander-Center neu installiert habe, habe ich es auch deinstalliert. Hab das eine Video als Anleitung genommen wie ich eine Neuinstallation machen soll. Hab meinen Alienware nicht gefunden bei den Einstellungen.
Die andere Fehlermeldung war vor der Neuinstallation, der Fehler ist aufgetaucht nachdem ich den Alienware von Stromnetz genommen habe und ihn woanders hin gebracht hatte um etwas zu Drucken und da ist es mir aufgefallen das die Beleuchtung aus war. Als erstes hab ich ihn dann wieder an der Stromquelle angeschlossen, nichts ist passiert dann neugestartet dann hab ich es halt neu installiert.
Habs dann mit einer neueren Video-Anleitung von Dell probiert, hat aber auch leider nicht geholfen.

nicht ganz, weil das entpacken der Datei nicht gegangen ist, weil die schon entpackt war, hab des mit dem neuen Browser Opera Neon heruntergeladen, danach kam dann wieder die gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Und du hast auch das richtige Command Center runtergeladen?

Ich probiere es morgen dann nochmal aus und schreibe alles auf wie ich es gemacht habe, dann können wir sehen ob ich alles richtig gemacht habe.

Heute ging auf einmal die Beleuchtung wieder und habe dann einfach bei aw-comander-center deinstallierung auf reparieren gemacht, dann ging auch die Fehlermeldung weg. Ich habe keine Ahnung warum des so ist aber es geht wieder.
