    Hallo wollte mal nachfragen ob mir jemand sagen kann was für ein Ersatzteil ich brauche wenn der Alienware Schriftzug in blau grün rot nur schwach leuchtet und in den anderen Farben gar nicht vielleicht weiß jemand was es ist ein Notebook M17

    Dann ist es ein AW17. Den genauen Typ müssen wir schon rausfinden. Bei den ersten AW17 steht, glaub ich, noch M17x drunter, das ist etwas blöd gemacht.

  • Er sieht aber aus wie auf dem angefügten Bild oder?

    R1, R2, R3 usw. sind die verschiedenen Revisionen. Mainboards mit neueren Chipsätzen, neuere Grafikkarten, andere Technik und all sowas.
    Deins müsste eigentlich ein AW 17 R1 sein, wird aber auf Grund der blöden Bezeichnung von Dell auch manchmal M17x R5 genannt. Die "richtigen" M17x sehen aber ganz anders aus.

  • OK, dann kann ich dir schon mal sagen dass es für das Modell mit Ersatzteilen schlecht aussieht.
    Man kriegt fast nichts. Da kannst du wahrscheinlich am ehesten direkt bei Dell was kriegen.

  • Ja die sollte es sein. Kannst du auf der Platine vielleicht einen kleinen Aufkleber sehen? Auf dem steht dann evtl. die Teilenummer, damit könnte man dann nochmal gezielt suchen.

  • Dann ist der Aufkleber wahrscheinlich auf der anderen Seite.
    Mit der Nummer ist das Finden eines passenden Ersatz deutlich einfacher.

    Edit: Jetzt bin ich grad nochmal ins Überlegen gekommen. Du sagst Rot, Grün und Blau geht, schwach aber geht. Und die anderen Farben gehen nicht. Richtig?

  • Die anderen Farben werden aus Rot, Grün und Blau zusammengesetzt.
    Zumindest ist das bei den vorherigen Modellen so.
    Wenn du günstig eine Platine bekommst, kannst du das versuchen, aber ich bin nicht 100% sicher dass das den gewünschten Erfolg bringt.

    Da es nicht schadet und manchmal bei den verrücktesten Sachen hilft , kannst du auf jeden Fall mal nen Powerdrain versuchen. Akku raus, Netzkabel ab und den Powerknopf mindestens 30 Sekunden (besser etwas länger) drücken.
